NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTION OF DIRECTOR
MIAMI, July 27 -- On July 26, 2007, Carnival Corporation & plc was notified that on July 24 2007, Dr. Modesto Maidique, a member of Carnival Corporation & plc's boards of directors, purchased 1,000 shares of Carnival Corporation common stock at a price of $46.34 (USD) per share. Following this transaction, Dr. Maidique owns an aggregate of 3,000 shares of common stock.
This notification relates to disclosures made in accordance with Disclosure Rule 3.1.4(R)(1)(a).
