Notification of transactions of Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities
Premier announces that it has been notified that Tony Durrant, the Company's Chief Executive Officer, has today purchased 226,868 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 43.75 pence per Ordinary Share.
As a result of this purchase of Ordinary Shares, Tony Durrant is interested in 1,462,036 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.29% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
The notification below is made in accordance with the requirements of Article 19(3) of the Market Abuse Regulation (EU) No 596/2014.
