Director/PDMR Shareholding
The Company has been notified of the following transactions in the Company's ordinary shares of 5p undertaken by a PDMR. On 4 July 2023, Jonathan Bunting (Chief Executive Officer) was granted options to buy 40,613 shares at an option price of £0.4432 per share under the terms of the Connect Group PLC Save As You Earn Plan. The savings term is three years and the options are exercisable between 1 September 2026 and 28 February 2027.
