BTG plc: Directors' Awards under the BTG Deferred Share Bonus Plan 2006

On 28 May 2010 the Company made the following grants of awards over ordinary shares in the Company under the BTG Deferred Share Bonus Plan 2006:

Rolf Soderstrom 60954

Such awards were due to vest under their terms on 28 May 2013. On 23 May 2013 Louise Makin and Rolf Soderstrom, respectively, agreed with the Company that the vesting date for their awards be deferred until 13 July 2013.
