NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS, PERSONS
DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY OR CONNECTED PERSONS
In accordance with DTR 3.1.2R, the Company was informed that on 13 June 2012, Mark H Papworth a Director of the Company:
* exercised 100,000 share options granted on 25 March 2008 under the John Wood Group PLC 2003 Long Term Retention Plan, being 0.027% of the issued share capital of the Company, at an exercise price of 3.333 pence per share; * sold 53,392 shares, being 0.014 % of the issued share capital of the Company, on the London Stock Exchange at a price of £6.67 per share.
Following the transaction, Mr Papworth holds 118,608 ordinary shares representing 0.032% of the issued share capital of the Company, has a beneficial interest in 43,680 ordinary shares representing 0.012% of the issued share capital of the Company and holds 40,000 share options.
The Company's issued capital consists of 371,275,384 ordinary shares with voting rights.
