Pittards plc ("Pittards" or "the Company"), the specialist producer of technically advanced leather and luxury leather goods for sale to retailers, manufacturers and distributors, has today been informed that on 24 September 2014 Jan Holmstrom, non-executive director, purchased 8,000 shares in the Company at a price of 120p per share following which Mr Holmstrom's aggregate holding of shares in the Company is 20,000 shares.
