Seattle, U.S.A. - HaloSource, Inc. (HALO.LN), the clean water and antimicrobial technology company traded on London's AIM, was notified today that James Thompson, Chief Financial Officer, has purchased 100,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of £0.065 per share. Following this purchase, James Thompson is now interested in a total of 538,395 ordinary shares, representing approximately 0.35% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
