Raven Mount plc28 April 2006 Raven Mount plc Director's Exercise of Options and Purchase of Shares James Hyslop, a non executive director of Raven Mount plc has advised theCompany today (28 April 2006) that he has exercised options over 175,000 shareswhich options were granted on 10 November 2003 at an exercise price of 80p. Application is to be made for 175,000 Ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each of RavenMount to be admitted to trading on the Alternative Investment Market of theLondon Stock Exchange. In addition, the Company has been advised that James Hyslop had purchased 5,333Ordinary shares at 107p bringing his total holding including the above to222,000 representing 0.21% of the Company's issued Share Capital.
