Rotala has been notified of the following Director's Dealing which occurred on 4 November 2014:
Geoffrey Flight, a non-executive director of the Company, has sold 125,055 ordinary shares of 25 pence each at a price of 54 pence per share.
Following this share sale, Geoffrey Flight is interested in 1,200,000 ordinary shares in the Company. This represents a holding of 3.08% of the shares in issue.
