Notification of transaction in shares by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities
The following PDMRs notified the Company today that on 1 June 2009 they were granted options to acquire the number of ordinary shares of 10 pence each listed against their name at a price of 25 pence and 50 pence respectively per share under the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan
This notification is made pursuant to the Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4R(1)(a).
