Pam Daley

The Company received notification from Pam Daley, Non-Executive Director, that on 12 February 2015 she had purchased 17,800 BG Group plc ordinary shares (Shares) jointly with her husband, Randy Phelps, at a price of £9.2123 per Share.

As a result, Ms Daley's aggregate beneficial interests in the ordinary share capital of the Company are 32,000 Shares, representing less than 1% of the Shares in issue.

This purchase took place on the London Stock Exchange.

This announcement is made under the UKLA's Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4 R.
