Notification of Transactions of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMRs") or Connected Persons

The Company announces that on 2 March 2012, Dr Michael Cooke, a PDMR of the Company, disposed of an interest in 11,000 shares of 10p each in the Company ("Shares"), at a price of 313 pence per Share, for personal tax reasons.

Following the sale, Dr Michael Cooke and his connected persons hold 120,882 Shares representing 0.07% of the issued share capital of the Company.
