The Company announces that Charles-Henri Sabet, Executive Chairman, today purchased 250,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 29.50 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this purchase, Charles-Henri Sabet holds 1,700,000 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 3.02% of the Company's current total voting rights.
