Angela Farrugia, Non-Executive Director, purchased 10,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Group ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 50.79 pence per Ordinary Share. Finn Hasler, the son of Angela Farrugia, purchased 10,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 50.79 pence per Ordinary Share. Following the purchase, Angela Farrugia and her connected persons have a beneficial interest in 31,904 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.03 per cent of the Group's issued share capital.
