Director/PDMR Shareholdings
CareTech Holdings PLC (AIM: CTH), a pioneering provider of specialist social care services in the UK, today announces the following Director/PDMR share purchases.
Westminster Holdings Limited ("Westminster"), a company wholly owned and controlled by the Westminster Trust (a discretionary trust of which the beneficiaries include Farouq Sheikh and Haroon Sheikh, the Company's Executive Chairman and Chief Executive Officer respectively), has today purchased 100,000 shares in CareTech at 403p per share.
In addition, Cosaraf Pension Fund, a Self-Administered Scheme established for the benefit of Farouq Sheikh and Haroon Sheikh, has today purchased 60,000 shares in CareTech at 403p per share.
Following today's purchase, the interests of Mr F Sheikh and Mr H Sheikh and their connected persons in the issued share capital of the Company are as follows:
