Notification of Transactions by Director/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility (PDMR)
On 22 October 2012, Kingfisher plc (the "Company") was notified that Euan Sutherland and Kevin O'Byrne, directors of the Company, were each granted an option over 4,147 ordinary shares of the Company under the Kingfisher plc Sharesave Scheme, at an option price of 217pence per share. The option was granted in conjunction with the entering into of a three year savings contract. The option will become exercisable on 1 December 2015.
