Omega (AIM: ODX), the medical diagnostics company focused on allergy, food intolerance and infectious disease, announces that it was notified on 23 April 2018 that Colin King, Chief Executive of the Company has purchased 190,476 ordinary shares of 4 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 10.5 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following the purchase of these shares Mr King will be interested in 468,253 Ordinary Shares of the Company, representing approximately 0.37 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
