On 2 October 2018, Manx Telecom plc (the 'Company') was notified that Mr Gary Lamb, CEO of the Company, has sold 160,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company at an average price of 184.57p. Following the sale, Mr Lamb retains an interest in 456,329 Ordinary Shares in the Company representing approximately 0.40% of the Company's issued share capital.
