Fidessa group plc ("the Company") Director / PDMR shareholdings The Company has been notified that on 24th February 2014 Mark Ames, a PDMR ofthe Company, exercised options over 25,000 ordinary shares in the Company underthe Exceptional Growth Rate Incentive Plan. 10,639 of the shares have been soldat 2456p each. Following this notification his shareholding is 172,735 ordinaryshares in the issued share capital of the Company, constituting 0.46% of theissued share capital.
