Cubus Lux plc ("Cubus Lux" or the "Company") Director/PDMR Dealings
The Board of Cubus Lux plc (the "Company") on 19 March 2008 received notification of the following dealings in the Company's ordinary shares of 1p each ("Shares") by directors:
1) On 18 March 2008, Gerhard Huber, Executive Chairman of the Company, bought 104,000 Shares in the Company from another shareholder in an off-market transaction, for a total consideration of ¢â€š¬30,000 (approximately ‚£23,600) which equates to approximately ¢â€š¬0.288 (‚£0.227) per Share.
2) On 19 March 2008, Leon Nahon, non-executive director of the Company, acquired 250,000 Shares at a price of 20p per Share, from a company owned by a trust of which he is a beneficiary. There is no change in the beneficial ownership of these Shares as a result of this transaction.
3) On 19 March 2008, Mr Nahon also acquired 25,000 Shares at a price of 17p per Share.
4) On 19 March 2008, Haggai Ravid, non-executive director of the Company, acquired 20,000 shares at a price of 18.5p per Share.
As a result of these purchases, the directors named above have the following interests in the Company's issued share capital:
