Director/PDMR dealings
Octagonal plc have been informed today that on 25 August 2016, Martin Davison, Non-Executive Director, has purchased a total of 2,250,000 ordinary shares of 0.05p each in the Company ("Shares"): 1,000,000 Shares at 1.4 pence per Share, and 1,250,000 Shares at 1.45 pence per Share.
Accordingly Mr Davison now holds 13,015,000 Shares, representing a holding of 2.32% of the Company's issued share capital.
