The Company was informed on 14 July 2016 that on that day, the Trustees of the Ice Blue Directors Pension Scheme purchased 1,408,472 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 59.9 pence per share.

John Alastair Irvine is a Director of the Company and is a trustee and beneficiary of the Ice Blue Directors Pension Scheme.

Following this transaction, the Trustees of the Ice Blue Directors Pension Scheme hold 6,126,041 ordinary shares in the Company, which represent 3.64% of the ordinary shares in the Company.
