Directors Shareholdings
The Company has received notification from Moni Borovitz (finance director of the Company) that he purchased 30,000 Ordinary Shares at 10.5p on 5 June 2009 and has a revised notifiable direct interest in 113,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing approximately 0.22% of the issued Ordinary Share Capital*. MTI has 51,571,990 Ordinary Shares in issue.
* Mr. Borovitz also has an interest in 25 per cent. of Mokirei Aya Ltd. which controls 40.6 per cent. of the issued share capital of MTI Computers & Software Services Ltd. (39.37 per cent. on a fully diluted basis), as of 31 December 2008, which has an interest in 52.4 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
