IDOX plc ('IDOX' or the 'Company')
Director Shareholding
IDOX announces that the Company has been informed that Rt. Hon. Peter Lilley MP, Non-Executive Director of IDOX, transferred 35,100 IDOX ordinary shares from a personal holding and 35,100 IDOX ordinary shares from his wife Gail Lilley's personal holding, into his SIPP at nil consideration (the "Transfer").
Following the Transfer, Peter Lilley's beneficial interest in the Company has not changed.
