Director's Share Option Exercise and Share Dealing
RM plc has been informed that, on 28 July 2009, Executive Director Rob Sirs exercised unapproved options over 50,000 ordinary shares in the Company at 78.5p per share. He subsequently sold these shares at an average price of 167.5394p per share.
Following these transactions his beneficial holding in the Company remains at 174,802 shares - representing approximately 0.19% of the share capital of the Company to which voting rights are attached.
