Severfield plc ("the Company") wishes to notify the following changes in the interests of persons discharging managerial responsibility ("PDMRs") in ordinary shares ("Shares").

On 14th April 2015 the Company was notified that Alun Griffiths (non-executive director and a PDMR) had acquired 20,000 Shares that day at 65.91p. This constitutes his entire shareholding and is less than 0.01% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
