Notification of Transactions of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility or Connected Persons
Rathbone Brothers Plc (the "Company") has received notification that on 14 September 2010, Robert Hughes-Penney's spouse sold 4,233 Rathbone Brothers Plc ordinary shares (0.010% of the issued share capital) at £8.555. The shares are registered in the name of Rathbone Nominees Limited and following this transaction, his declarable beneficial holding is now 15,528 shares (0.036% of the issued share capital).
The Company has also been advised that following divorce proceedings, Mark Powell no longer has an interest in 88,500 Rathbone Brothers Plc ordinary shares held by his former spouse. His declarable beneficial holding has therefore fallen from 201,575 to 113,075 shares (0.204% of the issued share capital). His non-beneficial interest remains unchanged at 8,500 ordinary shares of the Company (0.020% of the issued share capital).
