This notification relates to transactions to be notified in accordance with DTR 3.1.4R(1)(a)
On 28 June 2010, Kevin Hayes, Finance Director of the Company, closed a savings contract under the Man Group Sharesave Scheme (the Scheme) which resulted in the lapse of an option, which had previously been granted to him under the Scheme, over 3,476 Ordinary Shares of 3 3/7 US cents each at an option price of 471p.
On the same day, Kevin Hayes was granted an option under the Scheme to acquire 8,174 Ordinary Shares of 3 3/7 US cents each, at an option price of 189p per share, which is exercisable between 1 August 2015 and 31 January 2016.
