Person discharging managerial responsibility (PDMR) shareholding

On 25 January 2017, the Company was notified of the following transactions in NEX Group plc shares:

- IPGL Limited, a person closely associated with Michael Spencer, acquired 23,581 ordinary shares on 9 January 2017 (at a purchase price of £4.9995 per share);

- IPGL Limited acquired 7,786 ordinary shares on 10 January 2017 (at a purchase price of £5.00 per share);

- Charles Gregson acquired 2,806 ordinary shares on 24 January 2017 (at a purchase price of £5.405 per share); and

- Caroline Gregson, a person closely associated with Charles Gregson, acquired 3,815 ordinary shares on 24 January 2017 (at a purchase price of £5.405 per share).

Michael Spencer owns a majority shareholding in IPGL (Holdings) Limited and is deemed to be interested in all the shares in NEX Group plc held by IPGL Limited a wholly owned subsidiaries of IPGL (Holdings) Limited. 

Following these transactions, Michael Spencer has a total interest in 64,749,390 NEX Group plc shares and Charles Gregson has an interest in 217,981 NEX Group plc shares.
