Savings-Related Share Option Scheme (the "Scheme")
On 1 April 2010 employees were granted options under the Scheme over ordinary shares of the Company with an exercise price of 42.9 pence.
PDMRs of the Company received options over shares as set out below, which will not be exercisable until 1 June 2013.
