Genus announces that, further to the vesting of contingent rights on 1 March 2016 over ordinary shares in the Company ('Shares') under an individual award agreement and in accordance with the terms of joining contained in his employment contract, the following individual sold Shares yesterday on the London Stock Exchange to offset income tax and national insurance liabilities due on the exercise:
