The Company confirms that on 10th December 2010, it granted to the following executive directors, a conditional deferred share award (structured as an option) under the Enterprise Inns 2005 Annual Bonus Plan ('2005 Plan') for the year ended 30th September 2010, in respect of the number of ordinary shares of 2.5 pence in the Company set out below:

W S Townsend 317,508

These deferred share awards will normally be exercisable from 10th December 2013 to 10th May 2014 for a total consideration of £1.00.
