On 20 June 2017 pursuant to the rules of the Consort Medical plc Performance Share Plan the following Directors/persons discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMRs") of Consort Medical plc (the "Company"), were granted awards over ordinary shares at a share price of £10.67 ("Shares") in the Company as detailed against their name below:
