Director/PDMR Shareholding
LXB Retail Properties Plc (the "Company") has today been notified that Tim Walton and Brendan O'Grady, both of LXB Manager LLP, have today purchased shares in the Company. Tim Walton purchased 120,000 shares at a price of 87 pence per share and Brendan O'Grady purchased 10,000 shares at a price of 87.77 pence per share.
Following these transactions, the holdings of Tim Walton and Brendan O'Grady are as follows:
