Charles Taylor plc ("the Company") Director's Shareholding Charles Taylor plc announces that it has been advised that Mrs Deborah Marock,spouse of Mr David Marock, Group Chief Executive Officer and a Director of theCompany, sold 23,477 nil paid rights in respect of ordinary shares in theCompany at 67.8p per share on 27 March 2015 in order to provide funds tosubscribe for new ordinary shares under the Rights Issue in respect of some ofthe balance of her entitlement. Mrs Marock intends to pay cash of theremainder of the balance of her entitlement. Charles Taylor plc further announces that it has been advised that David Marocksold 16,628 nil paid rights in respect of ordinary shares in the Company at 57pper share on 27 March 2015 in order to provide funds to subscribe for newordinary shares under the Rights Issue in respect of some of the balance of hisentitlement. Mr Marock intends to pay cash for the remainder of the balance ofhis entitlement.
