Director Shareholding
Following the announcement made on 14 July 2008, concerning the purchase of approximately 160,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company by David Webber, a Director of the Company, it has been confirmed that 77,214 shares were purchased on 10 July 2008 and 80,000 shares were purchased on 23 July 2008, both purchases were at a price of 1.25p, the total number of Ordinary Shares acquired was therefore 157,214.
Following this purchase David Webber has a total beneficial interest in 547,214 Ordinary Shares, representing 1.45 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company. For further information, please contact:
