Mr David Kirk, a Director of the Company, has today notified the Company that on 27th March 2009 he and his wife each purchased 6,750 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the Company. In total 13,500 shares were purchased at an average price of 64.1p per share.
Following this transaction Mr David Kirk has a beneficial interest in 19,500 ordinary shares, amounting to 0.02% of the voting rights of the Company.
