Taptica (AIM: TAP), a global end-to-end mobile advertising platform for advertising agencies and brands, has been notified that on 20 March 2017 Mr Hagai Tal, Chief Executive Officer, sold 50,000 ordinary shares of NIS 0.01 each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 300 pence per Ordinary Share. Following the sale, Mr Hagai Tal is now interested in 11,025,509 Ordinary Shares representing 18.2 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
