Director Shareholding

Steve Makin, CFO, has notified the Company that on 24 June 2013 he acquired 20,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 220.5 pence per share.

Following this transaction, Steve Makin is now interested in 20,000 shares in the Company, representing approximately 0.002% of the issued share capital of the Company.
