Enterprise Inns PLC12 February 2008 Enterprise Inns plc (the "Company") Director/PDMR Shareholding 12th February 2008 On 11th February 2008 the following executive directors exercised share awardsover Ordinary Shares of 2.5 pence ('shares') in the Company that were awardedunder the Enterprise Inns 2005 Long Term Incentive Plan. These shares are inrespect of awards made on 4th February 2005 for the financial year beginning 1stOctober 2004 as Long Term Incentives which have now vested and becomeexercisable:- G E Tuppen 80,947 D C George 48,568 W S Townsend 40,474 Each of the above paid in total £1 as consideration for the exercise of theseawards. None of the above has today sold any Shares in the Company. Any future sale ofthese or other holdings of shares in the Company will be dependent on theindividuals own circumstances, prior approval and will be announced to theregulatory authorities as necessary.
