Cenkos Securities plc has today received notification that on 31 March 2015 Dr Anthony Hotson, a non-executive director of the Company, acquired an interest in 11,996 ordinary shares in the Company. These shares were purchased at a price of 199.97 pence per share by his wife, Mrs Dorothy Hotson, through her self-invested personal pension. Following this purchase Dr Anthony Hotson and his connected persons now have an interest in 32,860 (previously 20,864) ordinary shares representing 0.06% of the Company's issued share capital.
