Director/PDMR Shareholding
The Board of Coms plc (AIM: COMS.L), a leading provider of low-cost calls via broadband internet access in homes, offices and WiFi hotspots, has today been informed that Mr Jonathan Cole, Non-Executive Director, has today purchased 1,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 33p per share.
Following this transactions, Mr Cole's beneficial holding in the Company totals 912,682 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 7.47 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
