Ilika (AIM: IKA), the accelerated materials innovation company, announces that Mike Inglis, Chairman, has informed the Company that he is transferring his holding of 65,000 Ordinary Shares into a nominee account of which he is the beneficial owner, at nil consideration. Following this, Mr Inglis will continue to own 65,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.099% of the Company's issued share capital.
