Next PLC18 July 2006 Next plc Next ESOP Trust On 18 July 2006 the Next ESOP Trust disposed of 11,864 Ordinary Shares of 10peach in Next plc on the London Stock Exchange to satisfy share options exercisedby employees of the Company. Executive Directors of Next plc who are participants in the Company share optionschemes are deemed to be discretionary beneficiaries of the Trust and areconsequently considered to be interested in all of the shares held by the Trustwhich amount to 7,765,535.
