1. State the nature of transaction
On 2nd June 2011 Maggi Bell exercised 27,641 options granted under the Deferred Annual Bonus Plan 2008 (DABP). The exercise price for the options was nil cost. Of the shares exercised, 14,403 were sold at a price of £7.3941 to satisfy the tax and national insurance due on these awards. In addition, a further 12,276 restricted shares were released from trust resulting in a total of 25,514 shares being placed in Maggi Bell's own name in certificated form.
