PDMRs' SHAREHOLDINGS
The Company announces the following changes in the interests of Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility in its Ordinary Shares of 10 pence each (the "Ordinary Shares"), of which notification was received on 12 May 2009. The Company made awards on 8 May 2009 under the terms of the Company's Performance Share Plan. The awards are subject to performance conditions and the maximum numbers of Ordinary Shares that could vest in the case of each of the Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility are as follows:
