The Company announces that it was notified on 16 June 2017 that Luke Farajallah, Chief Operations Officer of the Company that day acquired 89,037 ordinary shares in the company at a price of 33.2p per share.

Mr Farajallah previously held 111,091 shares in the Company and his total holding now amounts to 200,128 shares total interest, and represents 0.09% of the issued share capital.
