The Company was informed yesterday that Michael Tobin, Non-Executive Chairman of the Company, has acquired 247,000 ordinary shares in SSW at an average price of 4.0 pence per share.
Following this transaction, Mr Tobin's notifiable interest stands at 827,000 ordinary shares, representing approximately 0.3 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
