Acquisition of Shares by Directors
Johnson Service Group PLC announces that the Company's Executive Chairman, John Talbot, Finance Director, Yvonne Monaghan, Director, Christopher Sander, Director, Paul Ogle and the Company's Non-Executive Directors, Michael Del Mar and Baroness Wilcox yesterday acquired a total of 510,000 shares in the Company.
