PDMR notification
Crawshaw Group Plc ("Crawshaw" or the "Company"), announces that it was notified today by Richard Rose, Non-Executive Director, that he had gifted to his children the beneficial interest on the same day in 5,241,547 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). Following this gift, Richard Rose has no beneficial interest in the Company's issued share capital.
Richard Rose stated: "Over the last few years I have been gifting assets to both charity and my children as part of my estate planning. The timing of this gift is also driven by the fact I will lose my entrepreneurs relief once I retire from the board and also post subscription of new shares as my holding would fall below the 5% threshold"
